I know this has been discussed before, but I can't remember what people said.  How do you prepare these for LO?  I bought some for LO and am not quite sure what to do with them.  TIA.

smash them into the consistency you like, then serve.

Do they need to be warmed/chilled, or can they be served room temp?

We do room temp.

Serve room temperature. I would not heat avocados.  Remove skin and pit.  Mash avocado with a fork.  As previous posters mentioned, you can add bm or formula.  My 7 month old daughter loves avocado.  I guess the apple does not fall far from the tree.  I love avocados in just about everything (eggs, salad, on top of hamburgers and turkey sandwiches, yum!)

Mash then mix with a fruit (they are super bland).
