Speaking of Conan...

In his speech last night, he mentioned that NBC will not allow him to be back on-air as a host for 7 months.

I believe the only reason they did that is because they know that if he were to get a show in March (when Leno is supposed to come back), that he would MURDER Leno in the ratings. With all of the publicity that Conan is getting right now. I think they are hoping that 7 months from now, people will have moved on and all will be forgiven.

I don't think I will forget though. I have NO desire to watch Leno and I cannot wait until Conan gets another gig.

I thought that part he was kidding about, cause he's only been on the tonight show for 7m..

Me either... I just don't find Leno that funny.  He's a very hardworker and I'm sure he's a nice guy.  I'm just not a fan of his humor.  I've digged Conan since way back when he was a writer for "The Simpsons."

I read an article that said that he cannot be back on the air until September and the Insult the Comic Dog was off limits - he apparently is property of NBC.  

I'll be honest, I was never a big Conan fan, but this entire thing has definitely changed my opinion.  I have lost all respect for Leno and I hope that Conan does really well in whatever gig he ends up with.
