Who should I go see?

My OB (Nurse practitioner) prescribed Zoloft to me 6 mos ago, she seemed to not believe it was PPD but gave me meds anyway. My anxiety and depression seem worse than ever, my job and home life are really suffering, should I go see my OB again or my PCP?

I went to my PCP because I didn't go on meds until about a year after having DD#1 and my PCP was comfortable with prescribing.   Not all doctors are willing to do that.

neither. call a psychiatrist!!! seriously! that would be the person best qualified to diagnose your PPD (or whatever it is) and manage your meds.
