XP WEEVILS!!! HELP!!! PLEASE!

I opened my baking cupboard yesterday to an army of weevils!! They are tiny little black bugs. I have just emptied the entire press into the bin and hoovered it. I  think - I HOPE - I got them all but do you have any advice to stop future infestations? I'm going to be sick!!! I'm Googling too....

I think they come out when it's too warm.  Also, I've been told that freezing baking products (anything with flour) for a day or 2 before putting the pantry helps prevent them.

My MIL bought an electronic thing that you plug into the wall that emits a sound that pests don't like. She had little moths in her pantry and the disappeared the day she plugged this thing in.
