Hip Clicks

When we were in the hospital the pedi noticed that the smaller of the two babies (who was also breech) may have hip clicks.  I have to take her for a u/s in 3 weeks to check.  Anyone have any experience with this?

Kind of...Sounds like they are worried about hip dysplasia.  My DDs didn't have clicks, but they had a bunch of risk factors (multiples, girls, one had too little fluid, and the other was breech) so we had u/s done for both girls.  It was a quick procedure and it turned out they didn't have any problems.  It's one of those issues from my understanding that is rather easily treatable if caught early on but can cause problems if it isn't addressed.  Good luck and I hope everything turns out okay!

Thank you!  After doing some research on my own it is hip dysplasia that they were referring to.  The pedi in the hospital just referred to it as "hip clicks"  We have a u/s in a few weeks so we are just keeping out fingers crossed and saying our prayers.
