boob compression garment?

anyone use the boob compression garments to help the swelling go down?  I am not planning on breast feeding, so I would use it pretty quickly, but its my understanding that its used while weaning off too.  Will a tight sports bra work just as well?  waste of money?

    Tight sports bras will work, from what i hear.  I have friends who have worn two at once, and one even said she showered in it?

    After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!

    that is so weird, my best friend showered in hers too!  I wonder what that does......

    Warm water hitting the bbs can trigger let down.  So wearing a sports bra in the shower helps prevent the water from directly hitting the bbs.
