I just ate what I thought was a fairly good lunch and tested at 135... arg! I've been tracking my food in Sparkpeople.com for years and this meal said it had 39 grams of carbs... WTF?
Don't worry about going outside for a 'real' walk. Just get up after eating and move around the house i.e. march on the spot in front of the tv. Vacuum. Go up and down the stairs. It makes a huge difference.
