AW: Great sugar level after a great lunch!

Granted, there were like no carbs in it... but it was probably one of the better meals that I've had so far!!

Side salad with ranch dressing, hard boiled egg, tomatoes and black olives.... with a side scoop (heaping) of chicken salad (from the cafeteria downstairs).

I'm really full from it too!!

Blood sugar after 1 hour was 87!!

It's funny how satisfying it has become to eat something really tasty and filling, then find out my blood sugar is perfect afterward!  Even after my baby shower I had BS=100, and I ate a little of everything.
