Face cleanser - anything I can find at walmart thats baby friendly

I have these red, break out type marks on my face, they occasionally break out into full on zits, but the rest of the time are reddish like a zit thats healing. It wont go away though, but all I really use is carress all over body wash.

Whats something I could get for my face that is baby/pregnancy safe, doesn't contain salycilic (sp) acid..and hopefully can find at my local walmart!?

Do you have a Walkgreens in your area?  I use the Yes to Tomatoes face and body cleansers for my breakouts - it's been pretty helpful.

Burt's Bees!!!!  I bought it over Christmas and it is actually helping!  Plus, I like the cooling feeling you get when you wash with it!

For me, just using a sensitive skin cleanser works really well.  Pregnancy made my skin much more sensitive.  I've been using an Aveeno face bar, and keeping my skin exfoliated to keep from building up dead skin.

I use the equate (walmart) brand of St. Ives non-medicated scrub.  I also use the equate brand of the ponds facial cleansing wipes when the scrub would be too harsh.  Both are med free and they have really seemed to help my skin.

I found mine at a chain drug store in Canada, but have seen it in Walmart as well.  Not sure about the states, but I'm sure they sell it too!

I'd try the Burts Bees Face Wash its really Gentle and baby freindly

Burt's Bees. Their products are AMAZING. I'm pretty sure they are at Walmart, but if not, they are definitely at Walgreens and Rite Aid.
