So, in my sleep last night, I was dreaming but I thought I was awake, just laying in bed. I was on my back and couldn't move. I was dizzy, my hands were numb, I couldn't breathe and I knew I needed to roll over but couldn't. I was trying to yell, and all I could do was whisper. Which I apparently really did in my sleep. My husband said I was crying and whispering "help me!" in my sleep. He woke me up and asked if I was ok and told me to roll on my side.
This morning he reminded me that the same thing happened several times in my last pregnancy. I had forgotten all about it. I think I need pillows behind me to force myself to stay on my side. Why can't I just wake up and roll over like a normal person? I feel like an idiot.
