I told my boss and am starting to tell the people I who report to me about my pg. Am mainly keeping it very matter-of-fact, and telling people on a need-to-know basis.
That said, there is a coworker in my department who lost a pg back in June at 16 week. She's intensely private, and so I've never talked to her about it. I have no idea how she is dealing or if such things bother her.
Is an email appropriate in this case (super short, just to make her aware) or should I let it go and let the info spread to her, however it may?
