"He's Just No Good for You: Your Guide to Getting Out of a Destructive Relationship". Read it! It is fantastic-and very creepy when it describes men like Douchebag to a "T".

I almost read that book! I bet it was good! I heard somewhere that relationship should be 80/20-80% good, and 20% not-so-good, and then you know if it is a healthy relationship. With X and I it was not even 20/80-more like .10% good and 99.9% bad!

It was excellent. I kept waiting to read something that might redeem the relationship, but with every page it made my decision more and more clear. I probably still have it somewhere it you ever want to read it! And I agree, I feel robbed of my entire life since we got married. Definitely way more bad than good!

I REALLY should have read this in my first trimester!! That is when I knew it was going downhill but stayed with him for the sake of our unborn baby,,ugh!

Don't beat yourself up. You can only do what you think is best at the time. The key is not to repeat the same mistakes!!
BTW, I cried quite often durning pregnancy about the kind of situation i was bringing a child into.
This! It sounds like a lot of us knew that things were bad and felt horrible for bringing LO into a situation like that. The main thing is that we got out before it did damage. I personally left when I was 8 months pg.
