As I was getting my hair cut today, the wonderful lady who cuts my hair was telling me about the pencil test. She said she has performed it on coworkers and other clients and it has only been wrong once. At the end of my appt. she did it to me. The "pencil" told me that I had a girl and that my second child would be a boy and then it stopped. So, the prediction is that I am only going to be having two kids, and this one is a boy. Who has done this fun test and was it right for you?
Re: Who has tried the pencil test?
Bar tab = $156,000, Bus to Foxwoods = $0, Puking in the Stanley Cup = Priceless
Okay, so the pencil test: take a pencil, stick a pin in the eraser and then tie a string or something you can dangle the pencil by. Holding the string, hold the pencil still over your wrist. Once the pencil is still, it will start circling. After it circles it will either swing parallel to your arm (girl) or it will swing opposite of your arm (boy). Between each transition time the pencil will circle. So, if you are predicted to have three kids, the pencil will circle, swing, circle, swing, circle, swing, circle and stop.
If you still don't understand, let me know and I will try to explain it better. Okay, now any interested go try it and see what the "pencil" says! : )
