Um, wait until it does? Some babies don't drop until you're in labor so it's not like it's holding up the process. Plus it will be much more uncomfortable when he does drop.
you still have 3 weeks and LO will drop when good and ready...and like pp mentioned, some don't "drop" until during labor. besides, you'll be hella uncomfortable once that happens.
Go bowling. LOL! I swear to God, I went bowling at around 36 weeks and I almost FELT him drop, I had "lightening crotch" almost immediately and it hasn't gone away since

I have tons of pressure and pain in the crotch, I think he is just huge and I am afraid that if he doesn't drop soon... that its just cause his head is too big.
If you're already dilated then his head must be engaged in your pelvis and therefore he most likely has already "dropped". It just might not feel the same as it did last time. Good luck!
My LO dropped yesterday and I've been sooooooooooo uncomfortable! It hurts to walk AND sit... I feel like I've been head butted a few hundred times in my crotch. My pelvis, butt, back, and thighs are throbbing. I would love for her to be back in my ribs, that was a lot more tolerable!
I have no idea what I done to cause her to drop though, if anything. I'd guess walking might would help though.
My son never dropped.... ever. I dialated to 10, pushed for 4.5 hours... had a c/s.... I dont believe there is anything special you can do to get them to do it....just happens when they want.
Our childbirth instructor said walking and sitting cross-legged (Indian style). Also sitting forward as opposed to slouching. Really anything that puts you upright so gravity can take over.
Try tailor sitting, bouncing on a yoga ball, squatting, lunges, etc. You need to open up your pelvis. Also, some babies don't drop until you're in active labor...this is especially true for woman who have already had babies. GL!

Thanks ladies. I really was just thinking that because he was so high the 2 cm and 90% meant nothing! Mostly because I am fearing his head is HUGE
THIS
I even heard to put some bounce into the walk.
This is what my doc told me!
