bumpy rash on my face?

I noticed that I slowly have developed this bumpy rash on my cheek over the weekend. It seems to be getting worse so I figured I'd give my dr. a call tomorrow. I'm curious if anyone has had something similar--its itchy, hot and small bumps but only on one side of my face.

 I've read that rashes can be common..but I also work in a school and you never know what you come in contact with.

More of what i had was seriously dry skin on my face. it felt bumpy and itchy too. I just used extra lotion and exfoliated. if its a rash, id call dr. especially working in a school!

I have a rash too - I think it's perioral dermatitis. Google the images to see if it's what you have. What's made it a lot better is not putting ANYTHING on it. I just wash with cetaphil and put no lotion or creams on it, and it's almost gone. Itchy and dry, but almost gone!
