sweating while swaddled

anybody else's LO sweat while swaddled?  dd needs to be swaddled to sleep at night, but she seems to overheat and sweat sometimes. the fleece swaddle me works the best i feel, but she sweats so easily in it.  the cotton ones don't work as well for her or a blanket.  to use a blanket i need to swaddle her arms, but then she gets too hot again.   temp in our room is at 70, maybe i should lower it to 68 and just use an extra blanket for myself.  seems like she might be warm blooded like dh.  he thinks it's the spanish in her that makes her "hot" like him ; )  anybody else have this issue?  did you find any alternatives that work?

I'd lose the fleece and just make a lighter-weight swaddle work.  Might take a few rough nights, but she'll eventually get used to it.

I am not positive but I think fleece doesn't breathe like cotton. I would switch to only cotton clothes, blankets, and swaddlers and just layer them as needed.

I just bought cotton swaddle me blankets today for this same problem.  We've stripped Elijah down to his diaper and swaddled him and the goofball STILL sweats to where his skin is damp.  His nursery is 68 degrees and I have fans on in there.
