I have an older model from when Erin was younger, but it's basically the same thing as the newer models.  It's nice, but keep in mind that the top harness straps are not very high.  The seat likely will not last much past your dc's 3rd bday, at which time you'll need to buy another seat.

That hasn't been a problem for us.  When Kate's carseat expires (keep in mind we've used it for all of the kids), she'll already be 2, and we plan on getting a Graco Nautilus, which converts from a ff 5 pt to a booster and will be the last seat that she needs.

I have one and like it, but loosening the straps sucks. They don't loosen evenly.
