First pregnancy and we're having twins! Any advice?

I am delivering our first babies in May at Lankenau hospital, and I do NOT feel ready for the babies at all.  We've been looking for as many twins resources as possible, but to no avail...anyone out there for help/advice?

    no twins here, but congrats!  I delivered DS at Lankenau and loved it.  Best of luck!

    I have a few friends with twins and they swear by their twin groups. I hear there is a really good one on the main line. They have outings, meetings, and much more.  And you can meet other local parents with twins and get advice.

    I live in the philly area and my twins are 7 mths old now.  Congrats on your twins and listen to your body and take it easy.  being pregnant with twins is different than being pregnant with a singleton.  Check out the multiples board on the bump.  And feel free to PM me with any questions.  You are in for a ride.  It is scary at first but once you come to terms with it, it is very exicting.  And once they are out, the real fun begins.
