Car seat help

Do any of the Britax convertible car seats have the option of an extra base? I just bought the Advocate for my car but would like to get another car seat (pref. Britax) with an extra base to switch between my mom/husband when they have my son.

 It doesn't look like the Advocate has an extra base option (haven't installed it yet) and so far the only Britax ones I've seen that do are infant only.

 Any help is appreciated! TIA.

    No the convertible seats don't have bases. They are all one unit.

    Like pp said, no they don't have bases. However, NO convertibles have bases. If you need an extra seat for your grandma's car, then I would just get her the Cosco Scenera. It is a bare bones seat, but it is good and affordable.

    I agree with this, we have 6 Britax marathons (3 cars) and have the CS as an extra for our sitter/friends/family to use.
