We have an older Summer Infant Hand held, have 2 sets, turn them both on different channels, and toggle between the channels.
Generally we left the baby on the hand set and toggled to view the toddler around the time he'd normally wake up. The older one STTN so we really didn't need it on all the time.
Our IF journey: 1 m/c, 1 IVF with only 3 eggs retrieved yielding Dylan and a lost twin, 1 shocker unmedicated BFP resulting in Jace, 3 more unmedicated pregnancies ending in more losses.
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.
Ahh, perfect. That answers my questions. I'm going to do the same thing with the Infantino Summer monitor - buy a new one then buy an extra camera. I'll use the old one I have now as a backup.

I have the new digital mobi and love it. Very little interference, good picture, etc.
I haven't started using a second camera yet, but you can hook up 2 extra cameras with it.
