If you got diarrhea before going into labor...

how soon after it started did you go into labor? Are we talking an hour or a day?

I know I'm still pretty early, but I don't have my house clean or my hospital bag packed so I'm convinced that I'm going to jinx myself and she'll come before I'm "ready" so, of course, I'm over analyzing every possible twinge or symptom...it's like waiting for my BFP all over again...

    I had diarrhea several times in the last few weeks and never went into labor. Sorry Sad

    With my first, I had diarrhea the day before I started having real contractions (so two days before DD was born).  So, when I started having diarrhea/loose stools with my second pg, I thought labor would start at any moment.  Not so.  It lasted for several days (diarrhea for a day or so, then just frequent loose stools for a few days).  And no labor.  Maybe I just had a mild bug or something, but I had no other symptoms.

    You're right -- it IS like waiting for a BFP.  You analyze every symptom and, unfortunately, no symptom can really tell you if labor is imminent.

    Honestly, ladies, that made me feel a lot better! I need one more weekend, lol

    Well, I had it actually right before my water broke, but for some reason I seemed to have a "cleansing" pretty much every weekend that i was pregnant - I have no idea why.

    I had diarrhea about 6 hours before my water broke. I was vomiting about 4 hours before my water broke. It was not an easy night.

    This plus a few hours before I went into labor and then early in labor I had to go one more time.

    shortly after or while I was in early labor. hard to tell because I had frequent bh anyway that became timeable that morning, I'd say within an hour.
