Good online tutorials?- PSE 7

I just posted this in Photography, but in case you can help... 

I want to start digital scrapbooking so DH purchased PSE7 for me.  I am at a loss on how to start.  I have scrapbooking papers, flairs, photos, fonts, but cant figure out how to bring them all together.  Know of any free, online tutorials that may help out?
