Help me pick a dress for my niece?

1yr bday is end of this month. I've got a couple other things but trying to decide between these two:

She has bright red hair and pale skin. Bright blue eyes.

#1 is super adorable. I don't like the crochet look, so not a fan of #2, although the color is nice.
