We have the Cosmo EX. As far as being used as a stroller for simple things, it works well. I would not want it if I was planning to have the baby in it a lot. Quick trips to the store, no problem.
It has a pathetic excuse for a storage basket, and the folding is tricky (the first fold is pretty easy, but to fold to latch it you have to really work it.) However, the recline is nice (and easy) and it's very light. Rolls really well and handles nicely too.
We got ours for $84 at BRU on Clearance (not sure if it was just a seasonal color thing or what.) Had it been full-price at $120, I'm not sure I would have gone that route.
Contemplating the snow.

Yes, we just bought the Flare, in the color Edamame. We really like it so far. We are flying in a couple of weeks, so wanted to find something that was lightweight and portable (we had the Chicco Cortina stroller). Anyway, I really wanted the Maclaren Volo at first, but wasn't willing to cough up $100 for another stroller. We found the Flare at Burlington Coat Factory on clearance for $68. I like how it has a carry strap, so you can hoist it over your shoulder. LO likes it as well, although I wish it had a 5 point harness like the Chicco.
