does anyone know typically how much the church charges to have your child baptised? TIA!

Our priest took a "donation" or something similar to a tip (my grandmother paid it, so I don't know how much she donated).

There was no fee at our church. I just had to make a donation to the priest/church.

donation here too, sometimes they give you a recommended amount of a donation, but its still considered a donation.

Eek, I never thought of this.  It was never mentioned at any point in time at our church (not at the prep class, not when I called to schedule and not the day of).  Sooooo...I never gave anything.  But we do give money almost every Sunday in the collection so I don't feel too bad.

Our church said between $25-50 but we are giving $150.00
