Prenatal aquatic fitness classes!

I just got information about MAC the only place that does water fitness for soon to be moms. The cost is $170.00 and the classes are wed 6pm-7pm or sat 11am-12pm at the downtown location. You have to wait until atleast the second trimester so I am eagerly waiting for that time to come. If anyone is interested and would like to go with a fellow prego let me know!

ps trust me I checked into others and I found this to be just as beneficial as prenatal yoga...

That's great! I am an alumni of Univ of MD. They are offering water areboics there. I was going to try and do that. But the prenatal class may be a bit better. I'm going to check it out.
