I'm here!  We're watching The Tudors and just finished a bottle of Coppola claret.  About to open a bottle of French bordeaux with a lovely spread of cheese and bread with flavored olive oil.

 

OMG I love that show!  Oooh and enjoy the wine and cheese!  I'm jealous of your night right now, haha.

I think we just saw the season finale.  Hopefully they'll make another season.  Have you seen Rome?  If you haven't, check it out.  If you like the Tudors, you'll like it!

Just butting in...I re-re-started watching The Tudors. I have heard I can skip season 1, is this true? Season 1 is just not doing it for me, I am too much of a nerd and the inaccuracies are driving me crazy. I need some sexy sexy screen action and I hear season 2 is all about that.

It's so good!  Rome is another good one, too.  I am a huge history geek.  DH calls the shows I watch and books I read "period smut"...he means historical period (not AF haha), and really, I swear he always comes in the room or looks over my shoulder during the *1* sex scene in every show/book. 

I think he must secretly think I have some weird sex fixation.  It could be worse...I could be watching porn instead, right?

Yes it was me.  I love Pride & Prejudice.  I was watching the Kiera Knightley version, but I also own the BBC P&P as well.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE Colin Firth!  Enjoy!

Have you seen "Lost in Austen"? It is on Netflix Watch It Now and is actually a good miniseries! There is a good Colin Firth-y moment near the end that made me laugh my ass off! (I looove him too!)

I'm here ... DH and I watched the first NFL game, a Big Ten hoops game, played some Wii bowling and are now flipping between Baltimore/Indiana and the Big Ten hoops game btwn Wisc and Ohio State.

Now DH is returning with Burger King and I think he just brought home 10 cheeseburgers. He asked me before he left if I could eat five and I gave him a look like I could. I think he literally brought home 10 and we are about to have a competition. This could be interesting ...

 DH and I just got back from having dinner. I had a blackberry margarita and it was super yummy! Contemplating the wine that's in the fridge...

 Other than that, Pitch Black is coming on TV here in a few and hubby wants to watch it so we probably will.

I'm peeking my head in.  I just played Super Mario on the Wii with DH and got p*ssed at him for being so into it and yelling at me so now I'm online instead.  I'd love a drink but DS doesn't sleep all night yet and he gets up bright and early so no drinking for me.  I think each of you all should have an extra for me
