Sorry if this is a strange question, but my husband prefers the cribs with the rounded edges, as opposed to those that are more sharp. He is worried about the baby getting it's head hit really hard on the edge and causing an injury. This worries me too, but it seems as though most of the cribs have sharp edges (including the brand Baby Cache which we were going to go with). Is this not as much of an issue as we are thinking it will be, have any 2nd time Mom's had any issues with crib edges? I just want our little man to be as safe as possible!
Re: Crib Edges - Do you get worried if they are not rounded?
I am not sure what you mean by edges... do you mean the slats of the crib being square-ish vs round-ish?
I am not worried about that, mine are square-ish.....
Also, you can only do so many things to make baby safe. IF you buy a crib that is certified by the Juevenille Safety Association, then you are doing what you should be doing.
