Gargling with saltwater is good, even better is to add about a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the some warm water, add a pinch of cayenne and gargle a few times a day, and also drinking water with the apple cider vinegar is very helpful. It's antibacterial and fights infection... Works for me! and try to stay away from sugar til you feel better!
hope you feel better!
You can use commercial ACV, but i suggest Braggs ACV (you can find it at any health food store, or in the natural section of a grocery store)
Neti pot for your nose and listerine. Sorry you feel ill - I was sick at 36 weeks w/ DS and took care of myself and got better quickly. I'm actually up now w/ this little one because I felt congested - I'm 38 1/2 weeks and better not be getting sick or I'm going to freak out w/ you!!!

In the same boat. It started on Monday.
Gargle with listerine 2x a day. It's been keeping things on the low down for me so far.
