FYI: Don't send the newly pregnant chick to the grocery store

So I ran to the grocery store tonight to get some coca cola [regular, b/c it helped majorly with m/s with Jackson], onions and red peppers for risotto I'm making this weekend.

I came home with:

-onions

-red peppers

-coke

-soft batch cookies

-cinnamon rolls [I blame A&C for this b/c she posted about PW cinnamon rolls and I immediately wanted some but am far too lazy to make them from scratch - pillsbury will work for me]

-orange rolls

-black raspberry chip ice cream sandwiches

WTF?  Sweet tooth, much?  Disaster.

meh, that's half of what I would have bought.

When I was pregnant, I HAD to have burger king at least 3 times a week.

And french fries every single day. No joke. Every. Single. Day. I was such a PHB, too, I would freakthefuckout if DH brought the wrong "dip" for the fries.

Diner fries = ranch dressing. McD = sweet & sour. BK or Wendys = honey mustard.

Once, I started crying and threw the fries out the car window because he forgot to order the sauce.

Yeah dramatic fatkid much?

LOL, happ!  It made me giggle.

I was seriously restraining myself b/c we are going out of town this next week.  I really wanted to buy donuts too.  With Jackson, I was all about the french fries, too!  Anything salty.

I was whining and moaning tonight and MH was like, "holyshit it's already started."  It's like the power of suggestion - I'm pregnant, so I'm immediately whiny and all I neeeeeeeeed a coke, or cookies or whatever.  And then I fixate on it.  He's thrilled to go through this again.

And thanks. 

Springmom - I only bought ONE thing!  LOL.  And it's gender neutral.  But maybe you are right, sweet tooth does seem like a girl thing.

with my ds I craved salty and this one (a girl) is all about the sweets...food for thought
