Can you mix Benadryl and Tylenol?

We have a flight in 3 hours. DS has a double ear infection, well he had it on Wednesday and has had antibiotics since then. Plus his decongestant meds. The dr said Tylenol was ok for his pain...and I know I'm going to give him benadryl to help sleep/rest on the plane. Can you give both at the same time?

Yes, Tylenol PM is Tylenol and Benadryl

I personally would be more concerned with mixing benadryl & the decongestant. I'd definitely ask the pedi about that first. 

But yes tylenol is ok to use with benadryl.

yes. That's what Tylenol PM is.  I hope your DS feels better.  (I'm not sure which decongestant he's taking, but make sure it doesn't already have an antihistamine in it)

Tylenol and Benadryl are two totally different drugs and can be given together.
