I'm counting calories. I had minestrone soup for lunch at Bertucci's, and they don't post their nutrition info. I know the cals on a can of minestrone. Should I just estimate a bit more than that?
Tonight we're going out for thai, and i have no idea what to get. I tried googling calories for pad thai, but i found such a huge range. any advice? again, no nutrition info on the restaurant's website (it's a tiny dive of a place).
