If the "you" in this scenario is you and you are only 5 weeks pregnant, I wouldn't tell them at all. Maybe that is bad, but honestly you don't need to shoot yourself in the foot. You can easily tell them in two more months once you are working and say oh crap, this wasn't planned and I am so sorry to inconvenience you, but hey isn't this great!?

I wouldn't. Last job I took, I found out I was pregnant my second week on the job. Oops. They were awesome about it. And even though I didn't qualify for FMLA they let me take 10 weeks maternity leave.

not qualifiying for fmla is another fear. your company sounds awesome, btw!
I accepted my current job the same DAY I found out I was PG- I was 6 weeks when I started. I didn't tell them I was PG till 13 weeks, No probs with it!
