love love loved it when i tested it with y 21 month old....
but.....
it was a mess to get up into my suv....granted, being preggo, i am not coordinated or physially fit....but this is the only negative i found....and i may find this with every double stroller
I love my Bumbleride, although I only have 1 kid in it now! ?Not that I bought for the looks, but it is super cute! ?It maneuvers well, large storage basket underneath, both seats recline separately, and I plan on using it as my jogger, as well.
The biggest con is that it's bulky and doesn't fold easily. ?I plan on keeping mine in our garage for the most part for walks. ?I think loading and unloading in a car would be difficult (and it doesn't fit in one of our trunks at all.) ?
I personally love it and think it's totally worth the splurge. ?
I definetly plan on buying one of these! After I can fully justify it to my hubby. Anyone have trouble getting it through doors? I know it says it can fit, but any experience would be helpful.
it is about the same width as the baby jogger city ... both maneuver smoothly (they were in my top three)... the big difference between the two... the bumbleride comes with the carseat adapter (have to buy separately with BJ)... but the bumbleride was a more difficult fold and was a bit bulkier when folded. I opted for the P&T when I had them all lined up... b/c of it's size. We still use it (dd will be 4 this month, ds is 2... I do have petite children, but have a feeling both will outgrow the jumpseat this year, however dd walks most of the time now anyway). I do live in a big city. had we stayed in the midwest where dh did his post doc.... I may have leaned more towards teh baby jogger... just b/c the fold was easier than the bumbleride. most doubles take up a lot of space in the trunk... esp sbs.... the P&T takes up the same amt of space as my singles had.
my advice... find them in store.. play with them.. make sure it will fit in your trunk. it does maneuver like a dream... all three were my favs...and I test drove what seemed like a million. doubles cost too much to just order online and pray for the best.
I test drove a bunch of doubles today and the Bumbleride was my favorite. While the Bob folded up a little smaller, I liked the additional adjustment that the Bumbleride had.
Re: Bumbleride Indie Twin - Pros/Cons?
