I am sooo tired of the forwards, the dumb status's and all the apps. I might just go back to Myspace since all the freaks are now on FB.

I guess it just depends who your FB friends are. I'm pretty selective on who I befriend and even if there are a few whose status updates I don't care about, I can just hide their posts.

Maybe this is common knowledge, but I just learned about it a month ago, so here goes:

You can block people's posts from appearing on your live feed without de-friending them. You can also block all the updates about Farmville, Mafia Wars, blah blah blah

You put your cursor over the post you want to block and an X (or something like that) appears in the top right corner. You click it and it blocks that person from your live feed. If it's an app it gives you the option of blocking the person or just blocking the app. Hope that helps!

Ok, your status is making sense to me now.

Yeah, I agree that it sucks.  I didn't realize that you could just block their apps and not their other posts.  

Still, even if you dont' have to see it, it's annoying.
