AW: UPDATE ON ME :)

Hi all, I post here from time to time and follow a lot of what's going on, on this board.  I had pre-e w/my DD Gracie who was born at 24 weeks.  I'm so proud to tell you that I'm almost 27 weeks!! And my Dr scheduled my c-section for April 8th!!  I'm so excited and I know that I still may develope pre-e before then but so far no signs of pre-e!!!!  I just wanted to AW myself a little :)  I hope everyone else is doing great.

    That is great news. Keep the BP down and your oven on high!

    Yes Congrats!!

     

    I just have the high bp, no pre-e at this point.  It's good to hear 2nd pregnancy success stories with no pre-e because my husband is voting for this baby to be an only child due to the complications I'm having.  I really want more.  So, it's nice to know that it's possible for 2nd (or more) pregnancies to go smoothly  Big Smile

    I am so glad I lurked and saw this post!  I told you I would remember you and keep tabs on you, and oh my goodness, this post just made my evening.  I needed some cheering up, too.  I've been dealing with the colic from hell for the past 5+ weeks (Eli is 7 1/2 weeks now).  Whew stress.   

    Congratulations and hang in there Mama!  You're doing sooooooo great!!!!!

    Thank you so much for keeping check on me :)  Colic scares me!!!  My daughter was in the NICU for 6 months and was like a 2 month old when she came home.  She already slept throught the night!!  I'm so afraid of having a "for real" newborn at home!! LOL! Good luck with Eli, I know it will get better :)
