Lifetime Adoption

Hi gals. Have any of you worked with Lifetime Adoptions? (www.lifetimeadoption.com)

My husband and I were pre-approved and we are preparing to set up our phone conf. with Lifetime and we are curious of anybody has worked with this group before? We've done a lot of research and have been happy thus far, but we'd love to hear about personal experiences, good or bad. If you don't want to post, feel free to PM me. Thanks so much!

I have some "perfect couple" friends who have used them for nearly over 2 years and still no match. :-/ BUT I have heard great things about them from adoption professionals...so I guess it's just the usual wait for a match thing!

Thanks for the info! That's one of my biggest concerns....you contract with them for 2 years but what happens if you don't get matched? From what I understand, there isn't a refund or credit or anything of that sort. Makes me a little nervous to trust their guarantees when  there are still people who have yet to be matched after the contract time.

My husband and I seriously considered using them.  In the end we didn't bc even though they promise great match times, I decided to track their waiting families every week and I noticed that many couples were on their waiting much longer than LifeTime said waits typically are.    In the end, we decided to go international
