NTR: Microsoft word question

I am helping a high school student by proof reading a paper. (she is homeschooled and her mother wanted me to take a look at it) Anyway, I am doing it via email.  Is there a tool for this in word? I want to put my corrections in red but I dont want to have to constantly go through the format menu to change my font everytime I see an error.  Is there an easier way?

I would go to the help menu and ask about track changes.  I have Office 2007 and it is under teh "review" tab.  Not sure where it is in 2003.

Under "Tools" select "Track Changes."  Save as a new document and email that document back.  Then the kid can decided whether to accept or decline changes on a change-by-change basis.
