I called my doctor.  She said it definitely sounds like mastitis.  She called in a script.

Whew.  Thank goodness I don't have to go in for an appointment.  We don't have insurance at the moment (COBRA, but we'd have to pay out of pocket for the full office visit amount) and I would have had to drag both boys along.
