I'd do hot dogs. Some kids may have never seen a corn dog or are super picky. Hot dogs are a pretty simply, universal "MOST kids like them".

 

For what it is worth, DD LOVES hot dogs, but won't touch a corn dog to save her life. Don't even TRY peeling off the outside and giving her the hot dog inside - she STILL won't touch it.

 

Or, I guess you could do a mix of both?

To me, corn dogs SCREAM circus.   

I guess you could do both, but you must do the corn dogs.  What else are you having?

I was thinking pizza since not every one eats hot dogs, popcorn, nachos, peanuts (no one in our families are allergic) cotton candy I am not sure what else.  If you have any other ideas I would love them

If you are doing pizza too, then I would definitely do corn dogs and forget the regular hot dogs. 

If you do party favors, I think it would be really cute to put them in something like this.  Target had them in their dollar spot recently, but I don't know if they're still there.  I think you work there though, so it should be easy for you to check it out!

Take lots of pictures.  I think this is such a great theme that you can really have a lot of fun with!
