Preterm labor test

Has anyone had this test performed, and what was your result?

 I was leaking what they thought might be amniotic fluid today (thank goodness, false alarm), but they went ahead and did the preterm labor test (fetal fibronectin test).  My midwife said that if it comes back positive then there's a 50% chance I'll deliver early, but if it's negative there's a 98% chance I won't. 

 Just wondering if anyone else has had this performed.

Sorry, I'm not in my 2nd tri, but was here because I was lurking on another post.

Anyway, i had the ffn test performed at 25 weeks. It was positive. I didn't go into labor until 34 weeks.

prettpinkpeonies:  were you having symptoms of labor to cause them to perform the ffn?  were you put on bedrest from 25 weeks until the baby came?  thanks!

I had the test performed weekly (or maybe it was every 2 weeks) from Weeks 30 - 36.  They all came back negative and I had my son at 38ish weeks.
