So, our agency is good with our proposal

We've decided to put matching on hold for a while.  This m/c really made us want our biological family. However we are going to keep our license current, go to trainings and take in respite placements. I am so happy that they are comfortable with this arrangement.

We very much want to adopt a child, but as we are not getting any younger the biological family has to come first.  Hopefully we get pregnant as easily the next time around and we'll be back on the adoption train in a year or two.

    I really hope things work out for you and quickly! I know all about the getting older thing.  We were almost in the "high risk" age group before we gave up on fertility treatments and did foster care (and then adopted our oldest 3).  Youngest DD was definitely a surprise miracle.  I have been trying to convince DH we need to adopt again before  we "age out" of that possiblity.
