On pins and needles!!!

Dh has been trying to get disability for over 2 yrs now.  He just had his trial to go before the judge in Dec.  

I just got home from work and checked the mail and he got his decision.  

Dh is on his way home and should be here in about 30mins or so. 

Please say a prayer, cross your fingers or something.  We really need this.

He rushed home and just opened it.  He was denied.    This SUCKS!  I cant take much more of this.  Why can someone who breaks their leg get it but someone with Leukemia can not get it?  Boggles my mind!!

I'm so sorry.  Did they give any kind of explanation or reason for the denial?

Have you thought about calling your congressman or senator?  There's probably a congressional aide in their office who could help you figure out and apply for anything you might qualify for.
