Phil & Teds Dash Question

We've been trying out our new Phil & Teds Dash and for the most part we're really happy with it. The only thing that's nagging me is that the front wheel is super slow to turn, which can make it pretty hard to navigate at times. Anyone else with this problem and any recommendations on how to make it turn easier?
