Hey there!  I'm no stranger to other boards, been on since 2003, however, I have questions for other moms with 2u2.  Quick background... DS is 15 months old and I am 12 weeks pregnant.  DS will be 21-22 months when the new baby is born.

I'm plannning on moving DS to a toddler bed and new room before the baby comes, what is the best way to do this transition?  How will I know if he isn't ready for this transition? 

Is there a good book that I can read about transitioning from 1 kid to 2 kids and how to help DS cope with the new baby in the house?
