Thoughts on this stroller from One Step Ahead

I am afraid to order without testing first but I like the set up of this sit and stand elite stroller:

  This way we can start it out as a normal stroller and as she gets older convert to a "rumble" stroller.

Thoughts?

We're looking at getting that one too so I'm interested if anyone has real experience with it too.
