how many pumps per day?

EPers...

I feel like I am still so limited to my activities outside the house since I am pumping around the clock. My next goal is to start introducing some formula each day...I'm hoping this will lessen the # of times I feel the need to empty out. How many times, on avg., are you pumping??

Any tips?

I pump every 2.5-3 hours during the day.  A total of 8-9 times per day.

I was pumping about 8 times per day in the beginning.  But around 2 months (when the girls started sleeping longer), I started cutting a session out slowly.  Before the girls were 3 months, I was pumping 5 times a day, but my supply was still the same as it was when I was doing it 8xs per day.

Around 2 months I was pumping 6-7 times, just once at night. It quickly dropped to 5 times not long after, I still got the same amount when I dropped.

7 or 8 times a day. I am extremely limited. If I need to go out, I go out quickly and come back to pump. It's miserable.
