Yellow Line on pampers

I bought several large boxes of pampers swaddlers size 2 and I thought the yellow line was going to be on the again like N and 1's. No luck, but my MIL bought a small package of them in the same size and the yellow lines are on her diapers WTH?

This happened to us with the N sizes when my LO was born.  We had bought a huge box that had the yellow line and we loved them.  Then one of our friends bought us diapers in size N, but those came with no line.  I never got that

I recently bought a box of N size that had the line missing. Who knows...

I loved the yellow line in the hospital and for the 1's too this is the reason i bought them lol and was so bummed when it wasn't there. lets hope they are there in the next box

Someone told me the ones in the yellow bag have the line and the ones in the white bag don't. I don't use Pampers, so I haven't checked it out.

I noticed this too.  I think the swaddlers in the yellow bag has the line and the regular blue/green bag doesn't have the lines.  I'm not sure about what a larger box wouldn't have them though.

there is a small pic of a cartoon diaper in a little bubble thing on the packaging and if you look closely there is either a yellow line on the diaper or not, and that is the only thing to tell you if the diapers have them. 

 what a pain to get home and not have the yellow line!

We loved that line when we were in the hospital.  1 month later and we're still working our way through the diaper cakes we got and none of them have the line.  We've been getting good at touching the diaper and feeling when it's wet - feels sort of like gel and is squishy on the outside.

This! I asked this very question on here the other day and someone told me about the drawing of the diaper on the box. You have to look very carefully for it.
