Butt paste, desitin, someone gave me a gift of Arbonne diaper rash cream. I pretty much use whatever, have CVS brand desitin in my diaper bag.

I love the Johnson & Johnson's Diaper rash cream. It's only like 1.50 a tube, but we like it best.

I use A&D daily, but for the nasty diaper rash, anything with zinc oxide I think will combat it...

I was using Butt Paste, but then we ran out. We have so many tubes of Desitin (shower gifts), so we tried some. And Desitin actually worked better for DD than Butt Paste.

We use the method brand from Target - it's really gentle and is safe for cloth diapers.

Butt paste, but there's a "secret" diaper rash cream at most pharmacies...I don't know how you ever find out about it (my SIL got me some at her rural pharmacy) but it's called Dermacloud. It's white and really light and creamy. I PPH the dermacloud. I use it ONCE and it's gone, so the cost is irrelevant IMO.
