Re: I really wonder will I be doing sleep training until my ds

  • We have the same issue, since DS gets sick so often and throws everything off. I have to say, we put a very flat pillow in DS crib (one that we slept with so it smells like us), and he's STTN since we put it in there (4 days in a row) in spite of being very sick. I think it a) is a comfort and b) helps with his congestion. He also sleeps on his back with it which really helps drain his nose (a common reason he wakes up). Our pedi said she didn't recommend it, but...

  • Me too!  My son was sleeping so well in his crib, then he got a stomach bug, and now that he's well, he wants no part of the crib.  I think it was all the attention he received in the middle of the night.  We had to make him cio last night, and it was awful!

that is a great idea maybe I will take one of Cooper's blanket in and sleep with it a few nights and then give it to him @ night....
  • me too. Teething is the main factor here. I've just given up on sleep :)
